e-Commerce Instructions



Shipping status, Inventory Availability, Proof of Deliveries, Replacement Part Ordering, EDI request information and Frequently asked questions (FAQ's) are all available to you. The first step to this information is to obtain a password.



Obtaining a Password:

First click on the Distributor Access Icon and then click on Progress Customers. If you are accessing our screens for the first time you will need to obtain a password by clicking on Sign me up under I need an account! Fill in your name, company name, email address and click on the button located in front of customer. Within 24 hours you will receive an email to check security and then a log on ID and password will be emailed to you. You should change this password immediately.



Purchase Order Inquiry and Proof of Delivery Instructions

This option displays Purchase orders that have not shipped or have backorders pending shipment.

Click I'm a Progress Lighting customer and enter your ID with the password. Be sure to use lower case for all user ID's. Select Purchase Order Inquiry and submit. Click on your highlighted Purchase Order number. Open items, shipped items and invoiced items will appear until the purchase order is shipped complete. The browser back button should be used for your next inquiry.

For proof of deliveries you can hyperlink directly into the carrier web site by clicking on the carrier name. If you copy the Pro Bill or UPS tracking number prior to clicking on the hyperlink you can easily paste the number into their site without having to write it down.



Shipment Tracking

This option displays Purchase Orders that have completely shipped. The database maintains history for up to two years.

Click I'm a Progress Lighting customer and enter your ID with the password. Be sure to use lower case for all user ID's. Select Shipment Tracking and submit. A specific date or date range and a specific Purchase Order Number or Purchase Order range may be used. If you want a specific PO or date be sure to enter it in both the from and to range and then click get status. Lastly, click on the Purchase Order number for the status. If there were multiple shipments to fill the order there will be a separate line with a different invoice for each shipment. Use the browser back button for additional inquiries.

Inventory Availability Instructions

Click I'm a Progress Lighting customer and enter your ID with the password. Be sure to use lower case for all user ID's. Select Inventory Availability Inquiry and submit. Scroll until you find the item you are inquiring about, highlight it and click go.

Quantity in stock is available for immediate shipment. Quantity in transit is stock in route to the Distribution Center to be received within 1-7 days. If there is no inventory please call Customer Service at (800) 447-0573 for more detail as to when the stock will become available. You may also hyperlink from this page to our catalog to search for substitutes. Note availability is based on real time and changes as orders are booked. The browser back button should be used for your next inquiry.



Replacement Part Ordering Instructions

Click I'm a Progress Lighting customer and enter your ID with the password. Be sure to use lower case for all user ID's. Select Replacement Part Ordering and input the fixture number you are looking for. Before clicking submit, answer yes or no to the question, "Was the ordered fixture damaged, missing parts or was the glass broken?"

Review the fixture schematic to make certain it is the fixture you need a part for. If the part is chargeable be sure to enter your purchase order number. Leave the ship via blank unless you are willing to incur additional freight charges for overnight shipping. The ship to field can be changed if necessary and an attention name can be added if you would like.

Review the schematic to verify you are ordering the correct part and enter the quantity you need. Click on calculate total $ for the amount of your order. Freight will be added to chargeable orders. Lastly, click submit to Progress Lighting and your order will be processed within 24 hours. You can check Shipment Tracking to follow the progress of your order if you wish.
